He became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1983 having being a Partner in Jones & Son (now Jones Peckover) since 1978 and Oswestry Cattle Auctions since 1981. A Specialist Auctioneer, he deals with all types of Livestock, Farm Dispersal Sales and Agricultural Properties but is also involved in all forms of agricultural and rurally based professional work. John Brereton is the Managing Partner of Jones Peckover and a Fellow of the Livestock Auctioneers Association. Colin Brereton. BSc MRICS Based at our Wrexham office, Colin Brereton is principally responsible for the sale of all types of property by private treaty and public auction. Over 20 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor with extensive knowledge of the local property market. Thomas A Daulby Tom Daulby leads the highly successful Survey and Valuation Department within Jones Peckover offering clients over 20 years experience in all residential and commercial property related matters. David Lloyd Jones FRICS FAAV Based in Denbigh, David Jones is responsible for a wide variety of professional work specialising in pipelines in particular. David Lowe FRICS FAAV Based in Denbigh and St. Asaph Market, David Lowe is our Senior Livestock Auctioneer also handling property sales from our Denbigh branch specialising in country homes and farms in the Vale of Clwyd and surrounding district. Ivor Lowe BSc, MRICS Based at our Abergele office and St. Asaph, Ivor Lowe manages the Estate Agency side of the Abergele office where property sales can be undertaken by both public auction and private treaty. Roger Wilyman Roger Wilyman based in Denbigh has over 30 years of experience as a Rural Practice Surveyor in Wales and the North West of England. His fields of practice include rural estate manahement, general practice, including compensation for compulsory purchase and for wayleaves and easements. As an Arbitrator he is a member of the Lord Chancellor's Panel of Agricultural Arbitrators and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
